Have you responded to a bogus NatWest email?
There has been a recent spate of emails sent to our customers claiming to be from NatWest.
The emails claim that you need to update your account details by clicking on a link. This link then takes you to a site asking for your full PIN and full Password.
THESE EMAILS ARE BOGUS AND THE LINK IS TO A BOGUS SITE.
If you have received such an email, please attach it to a new email so that we can identify the source and send it to nwolb@natwest.com , before deleting it.
If you think you may have responded with your NatWest OnLine Banking security details, please call us immediately on 0845 60 50 789 or +44 8702 4 30 464. We are open 24 hours a day (calls may be recorded).
Remember - we never ask customers to provide their security details by email so please ignore emails that do. We only ever ask you to enter random characters from your PIN and Password when you logon to NatWest OnLine Banking.
